12 / 23,950 gt Bulk Carrier managed by Newport SA,Greece.She was bound 

from St.Petersburg to Paranagua,Brazil when she called here to do a crew change.

From what I heard she was landing 1 crew member but they had to wait for him to come off .

The pilot boat was going to wait at the pilot station while the bulker drifted around for 2 1/2 hours.
