USNS LCPL ROY M. WHEAT

1987 / 50,101 tons full load. She was built as the Russian roro/containership Vladimar Vaslyayev
and sold to USMSC in 1997 and converted to a Vehicle Cargo Ship with extra garage space
and cranes fitted.She boarded a deep sea pilot at Brixham 27/10/2016 whilst enroute from
Sunny Point, North Carolina to a Northern European port which was Nordenham, Germany.
