13 / 5413gt offshore tug / supply ship ex Toisa Explorer 19.She has been laid up in
Hull and has now been sold to Eastern Navigation Pte,Singapore and is on her delivery
voyage from Hull to Singapore. She arrived here early this morning and slow steamed
for 5 hours before anchoring in the Deepwater Anchorage off Torbay.
